The service

Hypex is a training log and planning tool. It is provided as is, may change or be unavailable at times, and is currently an early personal project.

Not medical advice

Hypex provides general fitness information only. It is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, and train at your own risk.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with its operation.

Your data

You own the training data you enter. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hypex and its operator are not liable for any loss or injury arising from use of the service.
